What is the FBINAA Strategic Alliance Program?
The Strategic Alliance Program is a vetted partnership program run by the FBI National Academy Associates that connects law enforcement agencies with trusted vendors and organizations. Partners are selected based on the genuine value they bring to the law enforcement community. It is not an advertising buy.
Do FBINAA graduates get special pricing from CTS?
CTS pricing is published on the website and available to every agency. Through TIPS Contract #230105, any government agency can purchase at pre-negotiated pricing with no competitive bid required. When you reach out for a quote, let us know you found us through the FBINAA and we will make sure the process is as smooth as possible.
Can my agency purchase CTS equipment without a competitive bid?
Yes, and CTS makes it straightforward. TIPS Contract #230105 is available to agencies in all 50 states with no membership fee. Sole source justification under FAR 6.302-1 is also an option, supported by three US patents on the field-swappable mast platform. CTS prepares the supporting documentation at no charge. Is CTS equipment grant eligible?
Yes. CTS trailers and tower systems are eligible for Homeland Security grants, ARPA funding, COPS grants, and a range of other federal and state programs that law enforcement agencies regularly use. If you are pursuing grant funding, contact CTS and we will help with the documentation.
