Government Technology Solutions
For Public Safety.
Critical Tech Solutions (CTS) has been selling technology to public safety agencies and military since 2013. Not just as a manufacturer of rapid-deploy towers, solar trailers, and antenna masts, but as an authorized partner for the brands that power everything those systems connect to. Cameras. Connectivity. Communications infrastructure. Video management. One team covers all of it.
Why This Matters
One Relationship. The Whole Stack.
Most companies that sell remote surveillance equipment know their own product. That is it. When something goes wrong with the camera, the router, or the connection to the command center platform, they point you back to the original manufacturer and wish you luck.
Critical Tech Solutions works differently. We are authorized dealers and integration partners for the technology brands that power everything connected to our systems. CTS has been inside public safety technology since 2008, selling Motorola P25 radio systems, integrating IP camera platforms, and configuring bonded cellular connectivity for field deployments across Tennessee and beyond. That experience means we understand the full system, not just the piece we manufactured.
Partner Ecosystem
Authorized Partner Network
The Brands Behind the Mission.
Every brand below represents an active authorized partnership. CTS doesn't list vendors we've heard of, we list the ones we sell, configure, and support in the field.
1 / 9
Motorola Solutions
Manufacturer's Representative · Service PartnerThis is the relationship that started everything. CTS founder Mark Dorn spent years inside Motorola Solutions before starting CTS, and that background shows up in how we approach every public safety technology conversation. We've sold more P25 radio systems across our territory than virtually any other partner in the region. When a Tennessee agency needs APX radios, P25 infrastructure, or CommandCentral software, most of them already know us, because we built their communications infrastructure years before the first RATT mast ever went up.
That history matters. It means when CTS shows up with a deployable tower, the conversation isn't starting from zero. The trust is already there.

Avigilon
Authorized Reseller · AI Cameras · NDAA CompliantMotorola acquired Avigilon in 2018 and kept the brand separate on purpose. It's become the video layer that most Motorola-integrated agencies are standardizing on, especially as Pelco's VideoXpert moves toward end-of-life. The platform comes in two flavors, Avigilon Unity for on-premise deployments and Avigilon Alta for cloud-native infrastructure, and the AI underneath it is genuinely useful.
Avigilon Appearance Search is the feature agencies notice first. It lets an investigator search recorded video by physical description, finding a specific person or vehicle across an entire site in seconds. For agencies already running Motorola communications, Avigilon is the natural next layer. One ecosystem, one throat to call.

Pelco
Authorized Reseller · Critical Infrastructure · NDAA CompliantPelco has been building surveillance cameras since 1957. That's not a figure of speech, they've been at this longer than most of the industry has existed. Now a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, Pelco remains the standard for rugged PTZ surveillance in corrections facilities, utilities, ports, and critical infrastructure environments across more than 130 countries.
Their ExSite series handles explosion-proof environments. Their Spectra Enhanced PTZ delivers 4K and smart analytics built for continuous outdoor operation. Agencies that need industrial-grade PTZ coverage at wide perimeters, and need it to still be working in five years, choose Pelco. Ready to mount a Pelco camera on a mast? The RATT Telescopic Mast + Avigilon/Pelco bundle is in our store.

Silent Sentinel
Authorized Reseller · Long-Range Thermal · Military-GradeThis is the most specialized camera brand in the portfolio and the most relevant for military, border, and critical perimeter applications. Motorola acquired Silent Sentinel in 2024 and integrated it under Pelco. These cameras are built for conditions where conventional cameras stop working, arctic cold, coastal salt, extreme heat, and threat detection at ranges measured in miles rather than feet.
The Jaegar and Aeron platforms combine thermal imaging, visible HD/4K optics, SWIR sensors, laser rangefinders, and radar integration into a single precision PTZ. Detection ranges reach up to 20 miles. IP67-rated, corrosion-resistant, rated from -40°F to 149°F. Mounted on a RATT or solar surveillance trailer, a Silent Sentinel camera transforms the system from a tactical tool into an early-warning platform.

Axis Communications
Authorized Channel Partner · NDAA CompliantAxis invented the world's first network camera and remains the global market leader in network video. CTS is an authorized Axis channel partner. The Axis Q6325-LE PTZ, deployed as the RQ621 on The RATT, delivers 31x optical zoom, 820-foot IR range, AV1 codec support, and AI-powered analytics. It's the camera Gulf Shores PD ran during spring break 2026. Six firearms seized. That's not a marketing claim, that's what it did in the field.
All Axis hardware is NDAA and TAA compliant. Open ONVIF integration means Axis cameras work with any VMS or RTCC platform your agency is already running, Fusus, Motorola, Genetec, Milestone, or others. No proprietary lock-in.

Hanwha Vision
Authorized STEP Partner · AI Surveillance · NDAA CompliantHanwha Vision, formerly Samsung Techwin, is a global leader in AI-powered surveillance and CTS is an authorized STEP partner. For agencies that need a high-performance NDAA-compliant alternative to Chinese-manufactured equipment at scale, Hanwha's Wisenet 9 platform is the strongest option available right now.
The dual-NPU architecture in Wisenet 9 runs onboard AI analytics without additional licensing fees. Behavior detection, object classification, license plate recognition, all processed at the edge. No cloud dependency, no extra cost per camera per month.

Peplink
Authorized Dealer · SpeedFusion Bonding · SD-WANA live video feed from a surveillance tower in the field is only as reliable as the connection carrying it. Peplink solves the hardest problem in deployable surveillance, what happens when the cellular carrier drops during a critical incident.
SpeedFusion technology bonds multiple cellular carriers simultaneously, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, FirstNet, into a single connection. If one carrier degrades, traffic shifts across the remaining links with zero interruption to the video stream. No buffering. No dropped feed. Gulf Shores PD's FXT-44 trailer ran Peplink SpeedFusion bonding Starlink and T-Mobile Priority 5G during spring break 2026. That's the real-world proof. Peplink's InControl platform lets CTS remotely monitor and manage connectivity across every deployed unit from a single dashboard.

Sierra Wireless
Authorized Dealer · Industrial-Grade Cellular · SemtechSome environments don't just need a reliable connection, they need hardware that physically survives the deployment. Sierra Wireless, now under Semtech, builds carrier-grade cellular routers and modems for exactly those conditions. Extreme heat, vibration, dust, sustained field use that consumer-grade hardware doesn't last through.
Where Peplink excels at multi-carrier bonding and SD-WAN orchestration, Sierra Wireless specializes in single-carrier industrial reliability. Purpose-built for IoT, government, and military applications that require hardware certifications and long field lifecycles. CTS recommends Sierra Wireless for fixed or semi-permanent deployments where carrier-grade ruggedness matters more than multi-carrier redundancy.

CamStreamer
Authorized Reseller · Live Streaming · Axis ACAPWhen an Axis camera on a RATT needs to push a live feed to a command center platform, a YouTube stream, or a public broadcast, CamStreamer is what makes it happen. The app runs directly inside the Axis camera using the ACAP platform. No additional hardware. No encoder. No complex configuration.
CamStreamer is the world's leading live streaming application for Axis cameras, with licenses active on more than 20,000 cameras across public safety operations, sports venues, and government infrastructure worldwide. It supports simultaneous streaming to multiple platforms, YouTube, Dacast, Wowza, any RTMP or SRT destination, with graphic overlays and automated failover recovery. CTS sells perpetual per-camera licenses directly alongside Axis hardware.
The CTS Difference
What You Get With a Partner Who Knows the Whole System.
Most vendors know their box. When something upstream or downstream breaks, they tell you to call someone else. CTS has been living inside the full public safety technology stack for over 15 years, from P25 radio infrastructure to the cloud VMS that records the cameras on the tower. That breadth shows up when something needs to be fixed fast.
Single Source of Truth
One team for remote surveillance systems, cameras, connectivity, and communications. No finger-pointing between vendors when something goes wrong before a major event. One call resolves it.
15+ Years in the Ecosystem
We've been inside public safety technology since 2008. We know how these systems integrate because we've built most of them across Tennessee. That experience doesn't show up in a brochure, it shows up when something complicated needs to work.
